Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1、Manage & lead the sales team for the responsible areas and deliver responsible sales target on quarterly basis.
2、Develop and implement sales and business development plan for the region using available information.
3、Establish distribution network in the region and manage sub-distributor performance to reach sales target.
4、Build and keep good relationship with key accounts within responsible areas.
5、Organize marketing activities in the region and build brand image.
6、Communicate upward and provide realistic picture of business.
