R&D Associate Engineer-Field Service Technician

Job description

Tasks:
Specific Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.
• Responsible for keeping customers informed of on-site visits and changing technology.
• Responsible for traveling to and from customer sites.
• Responsible for making travel arrangements to and from customer sites.
• Responsible for trip preparation to include tooling and parts.
• Responsible for working to repair or evaluate customer RMA returns.
• Responsible for field reports that will include expenses and time allocation.
• Responsible for answering call or e-mails from customers within 24 hours of receipt.
• Travel as required
• Perform as assigned other similar or related duties.
