Procurement and Logistic Internship

We are searching for Procurement and Logistic Intern who will be included in the purchasing office which deals with the issue of purchase orders for materials and direct services for the construction of equipment for high voltage networks.

Tasks:

- Expediting with suppliers and maintenance dates delivery of materials on the SAP operating system;
- Support in issuing urgent orders of codified materials (typically purchases linked to site activities / guarantees);
- Support in the management of urgent shipments;
- Support in resolving anomalies in payments;
- Back-office activities

Requirements:

-Electrical, Mechanical, Electronical Engineering Degree or Degree in Economics
-Good knowledge of Microsoft office package, especially Excel
-Knowledge of SAP will be considered as a plus
-Very good command of English language (both written and spoken)
-Team working, precision, proactivity.
