Job description

Tasks:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
•Providing exceptional customer service at all times and maximizing every sale opportunity to our Instrumentation & Analytics customers.
•Sending quotations to customers in a timely manner.
•Follow through on quotations as required to their conclusion.
•Maintain Salesforce database, documentation and reporting at a professional level.
•Providing technical information on our range of products. Keeping up to date with our existing and new products.

Requirements:

Being very customer focused and responsive you are capable of maintaining our superior customer satisfaction levels. You're proactive and flexible to deliver to the customer what they need. To be considered, you will possess tertiary or trade qualifications in electrical/instrumentation and or have relevant industry experience. You will have demonstrated knowledge of instrumentation products including function, design and application. This role will suit someone that considers themselves a team player who has past experience in the control and instrumentation industry. You will also have a high level of computer competency including MS Office, commercial CRM and email systems.
