Engineer - Sales

Tasks:
Joining our team in Subang Jaya and reporting to the Business Development Manager. Your areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:

• Achieving sales targets in respect of both budgets and sales efficiency in alignment to future customer needs which in turn supports R&D processes.
• Providing technical support and post-sales support to ensure efficient customer satisfaction.
• Promoting and selling the Discrete Automation and Motion portfolio of products and services to identify Customer segments.
• Planning sales activities to develop and increase sales opportunities with key customers and projects.
• Tracking and monitoring quotations and project opportunities such as Won-lost analysis etc., while ensuring customer satisfaction during and after deliveries.

Desired profile

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will possess a Diploma / Degree in Engineering, (Electrical or Electronic) with experience in automation industry for Variable Speed Drives. You will ideally have Customer relationship skills in Utility, Industry and EPC that operate in Malaysia like Koreans and Chinese. The role will suit someone with excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
