Contract Administrator- Internship

For our Industrial Automation Division in the Control Technologies Business Unit located in Sesto San Giovanni (MI), we are looking for a Contract Administrator Intern. During this internship you will work under direct supervision of the Head of the Project Manager and you will be involved with and learn activities required for developing and maintaining contracts or subcontracts for various products and services, from proposal development through product/service delivery and then final closeout of the contract.

Tasks:

In this role, you will:
-Develop skills contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
-Develop the ability for interpreting terms and conditions and for monitoring performance against contract requirements and obligations
-Develop the ability to plan, monitor and manage multiple concurrent tasks to meet agreed deliverables and deadlines and to manage field service accounting and invoicing in cooperation with operation and PM
-Produce contractual letters, contractual interpretation of order requirements and agreements, billing support, upkeep of assigned contract files and track all internal/external contractual obligations.

Requirements:

For this role, you need to be:
-Fresh graduated in Economic/Management Engineering (Bachelor Degree)
-Good in English (read, written and spoken)
-A good team player, communicative and driven to the result
-Able to workout in an independent and precise manner assigned tasks according to company policy and guidelines
-An organized and detailed person, especially with the management of files
-A good user of the MS Office, with a particular familiarity with Excel tools
-Available for few business' transferts.
