MAIN MISSION

As part of compliance department, you play a central role in preventing internal and operational risk at firm-wide level. You will be required to have a thorough understanding of all our Due-Diligence responsibilities which support company’s development. Therefore, your missions are focused on understanding the company business and the relations it has developed with partners and suppliers. Master the key risk locations and be able to monitor these in order to mitigate the risks. For that master quickly all the company systems that will provide the data needed for the analysis and the investigations.
The day to day work has two sides, one operational with the participation to investigation and the other as systematic or bidding due diligences on all partners and suppliers.

RESPONSABILITIES

Perform due diligences on all the company’s partners and suppliers
Master the systems of the company
Keep the information secret and never talk of the work outside the team. Discretion, loyalty to the company and confidentiality are paramount
Strong ethics
Master a domain of activity of the company in order to be able to gain experience and be the reference in the domain as soon as possible.

Profil recherché

Technical Skills

Familiar with companies organization and activities
Master the systems and all office software
Coding knowledge
Assess a company business on the paper
Able to provide strong case analysis from the systems data

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Audit team manager
Internal control manager

QUALIFICATION

Diploma or French equivalent to Master 2 in Economics, business administration or risk assessment, Business school
Coding is a plus
French and Russian (mandatory), English

EXPERIENCE

None required, internship
