100% Digital is an established photography studio in West London, which specialises in content for fashion retailers.

We are looking for a School Leaver to fulfil the role of Studio Intern to help in the day to day operations of the studio. Applicants should have a desire for a career in fashion, photography or ecommerce. The successful applicant will be determined, focused, organised, practical and energetic. The position is offered on a 1 year contract. This position will be perfect for a school leaver i.e. A-level or college education and not suited for a graduate or someone with more experience. The role is an ideal stepping stone into the photography or ecommerce industries.

Main Duties:
Arrive at studio at 8am daily to set up equipment.
Unpack, steam and repack clothing for shoots.
Help photographers to set up their lighting
Assist photographers on shoots where necessary
Maintain and organise all photographic equipment to a high level
Purchase replacement equipment and consumables
Document all photoshoots and record settings
General maintenance including painting and basic repairs

Must be passionate towards 100% Digital, our services and client base
Good verbal and written communication
Proven ability to work under pressure and keep to deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills
Strong need to keep things orderly and tidy
Experience with photographic equipment and photoshop would be a benefit
Ability to use their own initiative in identifying problems
A qualification in digital media, fashion, or photography would be a benefit.
