09-2014 - NowHotels - Restaurants This role consists of representing the company to customers throughout all processes of their journey. This includes the start of their journey with assistance whilst buying tickets, to answering queries prior to boarding, checking tickets as they board the coaches and assisting drivers reversing the coach as they depart. This has taught me valuable lessons in a customer-facing role of health and safety, the handling of stressful situations and the importance of always being the most helpful representative to the customer.
