Missions:
- Customer relationship: be the customer’s key contact, ensure a daily relationship and improve customer’s satisfaction
- Collaboration with Commercial Operations Department: contribute to tenders’ preparation and pre-sales activities, ensure follow up of contracts execution
- Orders’ activities: check commercial conditions, supply availability according to forecasts and consistency with customers’ needs to ensure proper order management
- Logistics operations: schedule packing orders, arrange shipments with freight forwarders and prepare export documentation according to customer’s requirements
- Reporting: provide information on orders and associated risks to build monthly sales targets, provide short and mid term visibility on deliveries
