02-2014 - 10-2014 Logistics Developed and managed an internal project for improved cost allocation, control and performance of the company’s indirect cost warehousing activities.
• Collected data of current org charts and activities taking place at each warehouse location, as well as all cost and financial information regarding those same locations;
• Cross-referenced the “as is” situation between each of the locations and presented multiple scenario possibilities;
• Structured and coordinated data input for a future cost & performance benchmarking tool;
• Defined and developed a centralized reporting tool for the locations, contemplating one of the presented scenarios, with the capacity to give information on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
• Definition of Key Performance Indicators to complement operational cost control of the warehousing activities.
