Professionally handle incoming requests from customers /business experts and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
Contribute to marketing materials (e.g. newsletters)
Process applications of potential experts wanting to join the network
Receive and process post-consultation forms from experts worldwide
Collect and organize billing and payment information for consultations
Provide support to inquiring experts about the network, payments, and
opportunities via email and telephone
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to rive process
improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience Actively contribute to the development of the ERM department
