I don´t take holidays , occasionally when there´s a lull I´ll take 2-3 days off and go fishing or sort out personal affairs, so in 15 years I´ve never been away from work for longer than a week. I work at home as well as in the office and I enjoy it. My Family is my greatest motivator. I am respectful of hierarchy but the lowliest person in the office is just as important to me as the CEO.
