Crew change planning including visa, flights, hotels, local transport and airport pickup.
Local logistics including supply of food, fuel, equipment and personnel by helicopter or supply vessel to offshore.
Auditing and reporting of contractor vessels, facilities and operations
Local QHSE management and induction training of employees and contractors.
Invoice and accrual tracking of suppliers and reporting of local services used.
Review of contractor’s performance (KPI) monthly and at end of project.
Liaising with management. agents, chandlers, contractors and clients on operational matters.
