-Developing and strengthening long-term relationships with partners, identifying their needs and goals, creating short and long-term business strategies
-Daily review of partner shops’ feeds for improvement and maintenance, answering partner enquiries via phone, email, Skype
-Updating and maintaining the CRM database (Salesforce)
-Analyzing and optimizing partner performance, adjusting budgets and campaigns
-Identifying upsell opportunities, contract negotiations
-Monthly dunning management
