Job description
MAIN JOB PURPOSE
The Capability (Training) Assistant coordinates the implementation of the training calendar for Customer Development (Sales) and Marketing functions through managing courses schedule, tracking and reporting on learning including employee feedback, utilisation and learning spend
JOB SUMMARY
Organise rooms, materials and set up of training courses including catering
Communicate dates, times, pre-work and agenda to participants
Manage any bookings with third party providers to deliver Professional Skills training programs
Send and track evaluation criteria for each learning event; Report on data collected
Manage any purchase order requirements and invoices through 3rd party providers
Maintain and update overall data on training completion, attendance and utilisation of courses
Maintain accurate budgeting records
Manage field learning platform; licenses, access, general administration
Upload and update field learning content
Organisation of video content; filming of leaders & management of any equipment
Track and administer new starter capability road map
Organise payments of invoices for 3rd party retail field team & POS distribution
Reporting
KEY REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organisational skills and a high attention to detail
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Project & Budget management skills are highly regarded
Experience in a Learning and Development or Training environment will be highly regarded but is not essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
