We are looking for bright, talented, and versatile software engineers to join our team and help us build tools and products that will accelerate the adoption of clean energy, and improve the lives of thousands of users. You will get to work with a tight-knit, fast-paced, and dedicated software team on cutting edge products.

The ideal candidate will be smart, driven, loves learning, solving challenging problems and getting things done. You’ll be responsible for designing and developing cutting edge web applications that sustain our continued growth. These projects will be challenging, but will play a key role in empowering our workforce and informing our customers and advocates.

Some of the software projects we’re working on include:

· Sales proposals that keep the customer informed and engaged during the sales process
· Applications to help customers finance their solar installation
· Pricing and proposal tools
· Integrate with third parties to collect customer usage data

Responsibilities

· Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver the Perfect Customer Experience
· Implement UI features and reusable components
· Build backend APIs for the UI and other applications
· Contribute to the full software lifecycle including design, development, testing and deployment
· Find and address performance issues
· Participate in design and code reviews
· Recommend best practices in React
· Develop new and reusable software patterns (that can be leveraged by multiple teams)

Qualifications

· Expert knowledge of JavaScript
· Experience with modern JavaScript libraries and tools like ES6, React, Redux, and Webpack
· Demonstrated design and UX sensibilities
· Strong computer science fundamentals
· Bonus - Familiar with a C# or other server side languages
· Evidence of exceptional ability
