· Hierarchically reports to : Finance And Treasury Manager
· Operationally reports to : Finance And Treasury Deputy Manager
· Key interactions (internally) : Accounting, Project team
· Key interactions (externally) : Auditors (if require)

TYPICAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


Must have
· Bachelors Degree/ Diploma in Finance/ Accounting or related discipline.
· Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English
· Willing to be based at Technip, Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Verifying forex deals bank confirmation
· Forex trade deals data input to Treasury software
· Uploading weekly accounts payable information to Treasury software
· Systematic filling for bank statements and related documents
· Compiling internal bank debit notes for accounts payable processing
· Compiling monthly Cash and Debt report from Treasury software
· Preparation of credit worthiness checks for suppliers and clients
· Updating bank guarantee/letter of credit records for internal tracking
· Systematic filling for bank guarantee/letter of credit and related documents
