Job Introduction

Peyton & Byrne is a modern British contract caterer headed up by Oliver Peyton, with restaurants and cafes located in some of London’s premier Galleries and attractions. Due to a new exhibit we are now seeking several engaging and well presented Waiter/Waitress superstar to help contribute and deliver our culinary vision at our location in the amazing The National Café

Role Responsibility

Working within a fast moving and high volume environment, the Waiter/Waitress must be a Peyton & Byrne ambassador that is able to meet and exceed guest’s needs & expectations quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining the highest quality of guest service, hospitality and engagement. They must have a passion and enthusiasm for the preparation and service of quality drinks and food the Waiter/Waitress must also be able to grow and maintain strong relationships within their team to ensure clear communication and a culture of helping one another is maintained.
