Job description

Job Introduction

HMP Forest Bank are currently recruiting for a Programmes Administrator.

You will maintain databases relevant to the role through updating information from the Programmes team.

Sodexo Justice Services delivers custodial and community rehabilitation services that challenge offending behaviour, protect the public and offer individuals the opportunity to change their lives for the better. We deliver the total operation of five prisons within England, Scotland and Wales and own six Community Rehabilitation Companies in partnership with crime reduction charity Nacro.

Role Responsibility

·  Maintain databases relevant to the role through updating information from the Programmes team
·  Record filing
·  Communicate with internal and external agencies
·  Minute taking
·  Complete work within set timescales
·  Attend weekly group supervision and monthly supervision to discuss performance.
·  Complete work to a high standard and keep up to date records.

·  A good level of numeracy and literacy
·  Good interpersonal skills and have an empathic approach.
·  Good planning and organisational skills
·  General computer skills including, a knowledge of excel
·  Knowledge of Data Reporting
·  To have a keen interest in the substance misuse field and a passion to promote and encourage change

Package Description

30 hours per week.

£14,149.20 + 20 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday (holiday pro-rated).
