Job Summary:

Siemens Bank is actively looking for a deal closer/credit administrator and TeamAdmin to join their Corporate Lending/Project Structured team. The individual will be responsible for managing new deals as well as portfolio accounts from origination through to closing and funding. This would include among other things, liaising between the deal team, legal, compliance, KYC, loan operations and updating various information in the Bank systems. Dependent upon experience, this individual will have some portfolio management duties on an ad-hoc basis. The individual would also be required from time to time to assist the team with certain team management activities in order to ensure the smooth functioning.

Job responsibilities:

Credit Administration:

· Work with all deal teams throughout the credit process from deal inception through to the closing and funding of each transaction.
· Keeping a tab of the progress on each deal and updating the Bank pipeline and deal closing checklist promptly.
· Responsibilities include liaising with legal, compliance, KYC, loan operations
· Maintain regular contact with internal deal teams to ensure a smooth execution process.
· Ensure that all documentary and internal system requirements are satisfied for all loan closings.
· Responsible for post-closing review and maintenance of documentation required by internal approvals and policy.
· Perform ad-hoc credit administration tasks to ensure the Bank’s systems are kept up to date.
· Perform some portfolio management duties, such as trend cards/financial analysis, on an ad-hoc basis.
· Perform ad-hoc admin duties for the department

Qualifications:

· Minimum three years banking experience,with relevant exposure to deal closing/credit administration.
· Highly motivated, self-starter who enjoys working independently and under high time pressure.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workflows effectively whilst managing several transactions concurrently.
· Ability to work as a member of a fast-paced, transaction-oriented team.
· Strong problem solving and English communication skills.
