Regional Sales Manager- Gutor

The Sales Manager for Gutor/Industrial UPS products is responsible for expanding market share in Gutor's core business within assigned geographical areas or accounts. This includes responsibility of achieving yearly sales targets.

This role is responsible of executing sales strategies, methodologies and action plans for Gutor solutions. Working directly with customers and partners, this role identifies sales opportunities, provides quotations, and ensures the technical guidance required to support Gutor solutions within each deal is provided.

The Sales Manager continually drives for results and is responsible of maintaining strong and continuous customer relations. The role will also secure that support is granted to country and global Schneider organizations within the frame of the Gutor strategy execution playbook.

A key responsibility for this role is to identify new sales opportunities, provide on-going feedback to our technical leaders on customer requirement and provide information to support an order intake forecast on a monthly basis, leveraging the group tools pipeline management tools.

Additionally, this role works to:
· Ensure successful execution of the sales process.
· Coordinate communication within the business environment as necessary (Works – Client – engineering – shipping)
· Works closely with project execution teams to meet customer expectations.
· Execute Gutor growth strategy within assigned region or accounts
· Drive new business opportunities, comprehend the individual local markets, develop an appropriate strategy/business plan for their area
· Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure continuous customer relations
· Rigorously use reporting tools as the source and archive for all data, actions commitments and tracking of business
· Perform technical and sales presentation as required.

Qualifications :

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


EDUCATION—MINIMUM REQUIRED LEVEL:
Technical Engineering or Business Degree

EXPERIENCE—MINIMUM REQUIRED:
·  3 – 5 years in the electrical industry
·  1 – 4 years of sales or sales management, with specific experience in business development

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS —REQUIRED:
·  Strong communication skills (situational adapted, sensitivity, politeness)
·  Project Management skills (Tools, Methods concerning duties and responsibilities, knowledge of economics in project business)
·  Fluent in English (written and oral), Optional: German, Russian, Chinese
·  Ability to handle several projects in parallel
·  Strong Knowledge of the Industrial UPS Market

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS —DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:
·  Experience in the O&G Industry
