The Primary Customer Care Agent will support Customers and the Sales team with order processing, general pre-sales and post-sales queries. You will provide support regarding stock levels, credit information, logistics and basic product information with the objective of continuous improvement and maximizing customer's satisfaction.

What do you get to do in this position?

· Detect all opportunities to serve the customer while addressing customer support requests
· Perform outbound sales activities

Desired profile

Qualifications :

This job might be for you if you have:

·  3+ years of direct Customer Service experience;
·  International experience is preferred;
·  Working knowledge of incoterms and export processes;
·  Working knowledge of/ experience with SAP
·  Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
