Contract Duration: 6 months

Anticipated Start Date: September 2017

Purpose & Objective of Position

This internship will focus on supporting SAP Cloud Preferred Care Program Management team. The candidate will be responsible for intelligence gathering and data mining to identify customers who could benefit with Preferred Care and develop a business case that could be shared with the relevant sales team to up-sell/cross-sell Preferred Care to the identified customers.

Expectations & Tasks

Assist the Cloud Preferred Care PMO in business development activities with tasks that include:

·  Identification of customers that are not part of the Preferred Care program but have deal sizes greater than the threshold
·  Collection, analysis and trend analysis of support utilization statistics to identify customers who could benefit from a Preferred Care engagement
·  Development of business cases to support up-sell/cross-sell of Preferred Care
·  Cross team collaboration with the different stakeholders to support introduction of customers into the program
·  Participation in project and planning meetings

Skills / Competencies

·  Ability to analyze data, identify trends and solve problems; anticipate and manage project expectations and risks; present problems and solutions effectively to appropriate leadership
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  Ability to work with colleagues at every level of the organization
·  Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools

Educational Requirements

Looking for resources entering into junior year of college. Previous internship experience will be helpful although not mandatory.

Qualifications

Requires candidates to currently be enrolled in a Bachelors, Masters, or MBA degree seeking program which is applicable to the position.
