Missions:
The objective of this VIE is to follow-up and coordinate the implementation of the agreed work streams for Sales Force Effectiveness.
The VIE's responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate with the Business Excellence teams in each LATAM country to achieve successful workstream accomplishment.
- Support the monthly steering committee meeting with regional and affiliate managers.
- Assure constant regional communication and cross pollination of best practices in Sales Force Effectiveness through digital newletters and guiding e-room sharing.
- Work with regional vendors to support the regional work streams and LATAM affiliate unmet needs.
- Work in collaboration with IS organization of champions of customers
Profile:
Education: Likely to be Degree / MBA educated in business related subjects (business, marketing, strategy, finance, economics)
Experience: Ideally previous experience in sales force effectiveness whatever the sector or experience in a pharmaceutical company.
