Job description

Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. PLEASE NOTE since the VIE Program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

MISSION:
Highly visible, transversal and challenging position. Reporting to the Country Project Leader, in close relationship with the top management, the role is to support the delivery of transversal priority projects across the affiliate.
Provide effective support to the Priority Projects across the organization:
- Act as an ambassador of the Country Priority Projects among employees
- Provide out of the box ideas and participate to brainstormings
- Gather feedbacks, identify risks around the projects and make sure that they are communicated
- Produce agenda, support material and minutes for project committees, steering committees
- Proactive management of the planning
- Provide and monitor KPIs
- Coordinate activities across workstreams within a project under the supervision of the Project Leader and be actively involved in execution of project work as required
- Coordinate activities across projects under the supervision of the Country Project Leader
- Work closely with the communication team and the projects to support the communication plan
- Support the organisation of workshops and trainings
- Develop specific analysis and run effective tasks on behalf of the Project Leaders for specific projects
- Support actively the change management plan
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:
- Master degree in top Engineering School or Business School, Accountability
- Reliability, problem solving, logical and analytical
- Strong communication and interaction skills
- Coordination skills
- Able to manage parallel activities and prioritise
- First experience in Project Management is a plus
- Understanding of Lean principles is a plus
- Excel, Powerpoint skills
FULL PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH IS A MUST
KNOWLEDGE OF FRENCH IS AN ASSET
