Job description

The SBM Coordinator is responsible for guiding and supporting the Student Brand Managers to build a loyal consumer base on campus. Specifically to drive Red Bull trial, increase brand awareness and to foster a positive product and brand perception within their respective university. Richmond Marketing is the Distribution Partner for Red Bull in Ireland.

·  Execute the SBM programme with excellence

Develop and implement and innovative programme to maintain a credible brand image, build awareness and win students as loyal Red Bull consumers.

Communicate clear expectations and guidelines for SBMs to effectively plan and deliver on infusing Red Bull into student lifestyle during key moments (study, sports, party etc.) using a ‘from the students for the students’ approach.

Develop and activate national and international best practise events and projects to bring properties to life on campus.

Implement and uphold the International recruitment, on-boarding and training module for global consistency and to drive high preforming individuals.

Responsible for planning and executing annual trainings.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales team, combining synergies in order to capitalise on related opportunities.

Understand and collaborate with the sales team to coach and drive the SBM sales support strategy to increase Red Bull’s availability and visibility on and around campus.

·  Development

Interpret current student and market trends to support the line manager in developing the annual business plan for the SBMs complementing the country-specific issues and opportunities and resulting marketing priorities.

Regularly assess and analyse the programme, identifying opportunities to improve impact in student communities with a special eye on the digital/social footprint of the brand.

Share learnings with the line manager in order to drive the development of the programme in the right direction.

Invite the SBMs to come up with innovative ideas and spot digital/social media trends on campus.

Support the line manager with budgets

Establish and manage key student relationships which add value to the SBM programme and enhance Red Bull’s brand image amongst students

Identify and nurture key SBM talent

Your experience includes:
