·  MAJOR ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE ACHIEVEMENT OF KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES

Prepare RBDC sales tax reconciliation, journal entries, and reporting to tax department

Prepare RBDC specialty beverage tax reconciliation, journal entries, and filing

Prepare RBDC CA CRV reconciliation, journal entries, and filing

Prepare RBDC MI Redemption reconciliation, journal entries and filing

Prepare RBDC NY, CT, and MA Bottle Bill reconciliation, journal entries and filing

Create journal entries and reconcile redemption bank accounts

Prepare Dannon Water reconciliation, journal entries, billing, and collection

Reconcile Shared Service bank account

Collect and process Resale Certificates

Provide audit PBC backup for interim and YEC external audits

Other duties as may be assigned.

Desired profile

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required

· 
2+ years accounting/finance work experience

· 
Demonstrated knowledge of integrated accounting applications (SAP, Hyperion Reporting, Concur) 

· 
Ability to work independently and maintain sensitive and confidential information

· 
Strong numerical skills & analytical skills

· 
Demonstrated knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS)

· 
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written): Ability to communicate complex financial issues to non-financial users and to interact effectively with management

· 
Self-directed; requires limited oversight

· 
Strong interpersonal and organization skills and able to work effectively in a diverse work group

· 
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

· 
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
