Job Scope

To manage continuous improvements, ongoing projects, proposing new projects based on business needs & assisting with day to day maintenance issues / problem solving. Lead by example and coach the team where applicable to achieve the overall results.

Role Responsibilities

· Champion HSE targets
· Support HSE dept.
· Continuous improvement of processes
· Define improvements
· Assist with training
· Efficiency Improvements
· Involvement in use of POWRA
· Liaise with Production, Quality & Engineering
· Data Analysis for justification of improvements / projects
