In this role, you have the opportunity to

Manage the BG Ultrasound non-revenue inventory and auditing of ultrasound equipment.

You are responsible for

Managing the non-revenue Marketing inventory budget of approximately $4M annually through the following activities:

• Maintain reports on inventory locations, track use charges, manage all logistics for equipment.

• Create equipment forecasts per quarter and monthly reporting to track forecast and budget status to Marketing and/or other leadership.

• Document processes and update as needed.

• Maintain compliance per legal and regulatory guidelines per Market.

• Conduct equipment audits quarterly.

• Participate in teams and provide logistics and equipment expertise for programs and projects requiring non-revenue equipment such as training, on site visits, and other BG US request

You are a part of

The Strategy & Marketing Operations team in the BG Ultrasound supporting the global marketing teams around the globe.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

·  Bachelor's or Master's in a Business related field
·  3+ years' experience in inventory management and/or logistics
·  Knowledge of Medical Device, Diagnostic Imaging, or Ultrasound is a plus
·  Basic accounting knowledge and the willingness to learn and apply financial policies and procedures, primarily around SOX act rules
·  Strong affinity for numbers and attention to detail
·  Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, people from different backgrounds and knowledge levels
·  Able to work under tight deadlines and proactively manage work load and deliverables independently from direct supervision
·  Strong in Excel, comfortable with integrated systems, SAP knowledge preferred
