Job description

We are looking for an intern on a 6 month internship in Finance & Administration. You will be reporting to the General Manager and be based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Assist the General Manager and HR & Admin Officer to implement and manage monthly processes to compute company revenue and margin for each deal, in accordance to Paris HQ requirements
Propose relevant recommendations for the team
Implement ERP software to manage invoicing and control of business margins
Configure software and train managers and Admin on software.
Report regularly to all stakeholders on timeline and progress of project.

Desired profile

Profile:
Min Business or any University Degree with a focus on Finance.
Technically savvy with strong familiarity in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Google Drive).
Familiarity with processes of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
Good communication skills in verbal and writing (both in English and French)
Curious, autonomous and independent with minimal supervision and guidance.
Ability to adapt in a diverse, multi-cultural environment and courage to step out of your comfort zone.


Abilities and professional qualifications:

Good understanding of business issues and processes in general
Good relationship-building, listening, communication (both written and spoken in English) and presentation skills.
Ability to lead and anticipate situations.
