Job description

Nestlé Professional is the global foodservice leader in developing and manufacturing innovative food and beverage solutions and beverage equipment systems that enable foodservice operators across all channels to delight their customers and grow their businesses. We are the trusted Partner of Choice in the Out of Home channel, providing category and channel expertise to our foodservice accounts.

In this newly created role, the incumbent will be accountable for supporting the National Account Manager-Sysco in developing and executing sales and marketing plans to drive profitable growth across the full portfolio of Nestlé Professional food and beverage products. The scope of this role will be 80% analytical, coordination and administrative, with 20% interacting directly with customers at their sites.

Major Responsibilities:
· Work in collaboration with the marketing team to issue trade communications to our business partners.
· Regularly check the MERX website and support the sales team in completing customer contacts, RFP's and tenders.
· Coordinate customer events while managing a budget, resources and determine return on investment.
· Liaison between customers and QA to collect document product information for customer complaints.
· Assist the National Account Manager in training our business partner's sales team on the features and benefits of Nestlé Professional 's product lines.
· Support the National Account Manager in managing Fill Rate Penalties, Bad Goods and Samples with the objective of reducing overall costs.
· Liaise effectively with both internal and external contacts and resources to ensure customer needs are met.
· Identify opportunities for process and sales improvements.

Qualifications:
· A university degree in a business related discipline preferred.
· 1+ year experience in a sales or marketing function. Open to consider recent graduate with sales/marketing internship experience.
· Previous Account Management experience considered a strong asset.
· Strong analytical skills with solid financial acumen.
· Developed organizational, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
· Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
· Self-starter with the ability to think “out of the box” in an effort to search for incremental business opportunities.
· Good understanding of network applications related to Sales Information.
· Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail and other MS applications.
· Full valid driver's license and clean driver abstract.
· Access to safe and reliable vehicle.
