Nestle is the world's leading nutrition, health and wellness company. We're looking to add great new talent to our dynamic Sales Finance Team. The main purpose of the role is to support and accelerate customer growth and profitability. The selected candidate must possess the proven ability to drive customer business financial planning, forecasting and provide value adding commentary, applying deep understanding of business drivers.

Key Responsibilities
· Proactively manage customer contribution statement (CCS), engaging with all stakeholders and cross functional teams
· Perform monthly customer reviews , monitor and challenge overall customer business performance through relevant KPIs
· Improve transparency, understanding and effectiveness of Nestlé's trade investment framework
· Allocate resources at optimum level and align with defined strategies and customer channel prioritisation to deliver sustainable profitable growth
· Manage customer reporting functions including customer group reporting
· Drive customer financial planning, review sales, forecast evaluations and challenge the gaps against sales targets
· Support Customer Business Manager with financial analysis in target setting processes
· Manage the awareness and implementations of group guidelines , local SOPs, and internal audit recommendations
· Prepare, review and distribute monthly financial reports to stores and cost centres
· Track expenses and revenues vs. budget and reforecast and analyse fluctuation
· Prepare monthly consolidation and executive financial package
· Coordinate financials reports across all trade
· Prepare annual financial information binder to be provided to the external auditors
· Prepare quarterly operating report
· Assist in the budget & reforecast process
· Maintain budget and reforecast information in the accounting system
· Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the Business Unit as needed
· Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed

Key Requirements
· Matric
· A 3 year Post Matric Qualification Accounting / Finance Commercial Degree
· 3 years or more experience within FMCG
· Minimum of 3 years' experience in reporting, consolidation and financial analysis. Experience in retail/food & beverage industry a must
· SAP Knowledge.
· Computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
· Ability to work well with cross functional teams in a fast paced, dynamic environment
· Strong commercial experience within a trade
· Confident communication and presentation skills
· Financial awareness of Return on Investment
