KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join our Global Business Operations Organization..

Responsibilities:

·  Answer global business support and risk application email inquiries
·  Troubleshoot and analyze application issues received from local administrators
·  Perform daily tasks and processes to support the ongoing use of global applications
·  Oversee modifications and general troubleshooting of the applications
·  Proactively anticipate and resolve potential issues such as how they would affect the data in the system or how the data would be presented with the modifications in place
·  Monitor system for data integrity and defects and work with the local administrators and information technology teams to resolve issues

Qualifications:

·  A minimum of two years of relevant technical support experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
·  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
·  Ability to work with and communicate with the business and IT staff regarding system requirements and modifications to the data
·  Proficient with MS Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
·  Excellent customer relationship skills, analytical ability and the ability to work effectively with customers and IT management
·  Strong troubleshooting skills and detail oriented
