Job description

We are currently seeking to hire an ambitious Administrator who will join our Risk Management team, either in Dublin or in Cork.

We are keen to hear from candidates who possess the following:

The ideal candidate will be proactive and have at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role or within a similar risk department in another industry. Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills are a prerequisite for the successful candidate along with the required skill set as outlined below:

·  Prioritising work from a dashboard of requests using time management and organisational skills - must possess excellent multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
·  Advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel and Word
·  Excellent administration skills with an ability to work unsupervised on day-to-day duties and tasks
·  Excellent communication skills, ability to provide status updates to teams and members of management
·  A high degree of enthusiasm and adaptability
·  The ability to work on ones' own initiative in identifying and escalating problems.

Responsibilities will include the following:

·  Performing initial review of requests received for conflict clearance, sending them back to the team for more information if needed and then providing them in a timely manner to management for final clearance
·  Where a conflict of interest is identified, advising the engagement team on the steps they need to take to manage the conflict and protect client confidentiality, such as the establishing information barriers and obtaining client consents.
·  Working with the business to develop, implement and monitor appropriate conflict of interest management policies and procedures.
·  Create charts, spreadsheets and carry out monthly/weekly reporting to management
·  Liaising with conflict resolvers and quality and risk teams across the KPMG global network to manage conflicts of interest on cross-border engagements.
·  Working on adhoc projects as they arise
·  Assisting with compliance testing and producing compliance data for the firm's leadership and external regulators.
