We are looking for

Coordinates activities related to purchase order creation and confirmation with suppliers of goods and services in support of the USK and Canadian FL’s.   This includes preparation of Purchase Order documents, Supplier confirmations and order tracking.

Essential Functions:

1. Generate new part numbers in the SAP system for Spares Purchasing Team.

2. Create new part numbers in the PartsView online catalog part identification system.

3. Retrieve on-line PartsView Branch orders for parts and transfer them into SAP.

4. Create and transmit purchase orders for CPP Team.

5. Manage confirmation and accuracy of PO’s directly with suppliers.

6. Maintain physical record of supplier PO confirmations

7. Process detail report from SAP for POs created by SPARES (daily)

8. Monitor and resolve issues with Branch and Customer orders stuck in the SAP system

9. Administer all actions to parts no longer available or replaced by another part, correcting five areas of SAP and PartsView for U.S. and Canada.

10. Enter data for maintenance of Parts View, including OEM cross reference numbers, branch address corrections/additions, part descriptions, and Proprietary notations as required.

11. Ability to take on new projects as may be assigned within KONE Spares.

Desired profile

Skills, Education and Experience

Experience:
2 years in business environment using business software; SAP preferred

Education:
High School diploma; Associates degree is preferred

Specific Skills, Knowledge & Behavior:
-Proficient skills with PC operation and software which includes Windows, Microsoft Office, SAP and custom PC applications
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to work with and maintain confidential material.
-Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively work with all levels of KONE employees.
-Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new applications.
-Ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment and have the ability to continually re-prioritize.
-Ability to manage multiple projects a must.
