Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Stocks management:

· Daily replenishment/allocation of stocks to SG stores & twice a week to TH stores.
· Bi-weekly inter store transfers for size and stocks consolidation.
· Bi-weekly refreshing of stock assortment by rotating selection between WH and store.
· Weekly inter country transfers within APAC for consolidation and VIC requests.
· Seasonal transfer of markdown stocks from stores to WH/Outlet. Reports generating:

· Weekly sales reports including week's sales by category versus last year's, seasonal sell thru report and best/poor sellers report.
· Sales period will include sending markdown list to stores in timely manner and markdown versus full price sales report.
· Weekly sales results update from merchandising to sales team via email. Update on sales performance versus last year and sell thru performance. Actions to communicate key focus area to improve sales.
· Weekly communication to sales team on latest new arrivals shipment visibility, best sellers replenishment shipment visibility and suggest alternative stocks when best sellers are sold out.
· Monthly setting of Women handbags and shoes target to stores.
· Weekly communication for Women handbags and shoes' sales achievement versus target to stores. Buying season:

· Prepare business and trend analysis reports.
· Assist Merchandising Manager in selection of small categories (when applicable). Training:

· Assist in preparation of training materials.
· Assist as training assistant during on-site training. Customer service:

· In charge of ordering spare parts for defective items from stores and customers return. -
· Weekly submission of product quality report and spare parts request report to Italy. Brand positioning and product alignment:

· Works closely with PR dept to propose items to push that will help alleviate Brand's image and to be commercial, driving sales to stores.
· Works closely with VM dept to propose stocks transfer where necessary to complete collection set-up.

·  Adaptability and responsiveness
·  Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a good command of Excel
·  Good understanding of market trends both in Singapore and the other markets to be represented
·  Strong communicator with the ability to tailor communication styles according to audience
·  Willingness to partake in regular business travel
