We want to fill this position with a strong commercial and customer-focused enthusiast, who is capable of supporting the MY Service Office Sales team in meeting business needs and achieving goals of increased sales and sustained long-term profitability.

Your assignment

·  You will be reportingto the Business Leader (Kitchen), IKEA Southeast Asia.
·  You will be part of the Service Office Sales team and play a crucial support role in communication, reports, sales tools & methods, range frame management, and competitor monitoring.
·  You will need to coordinate the year cycle, and having a good knowledge of how the store works and the commercial calendar will be essential.
·  One of your main tasks is to know our global priorities, our range, competition in our markets, and use these information to actively support the Business Leader and Sales Leaders.

Your profile

·  You are someone with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a dynamic and fast-paced industry, preferably retail.
·  You are flexible, meticulous, organised, sensitive to timelines, analytical and are proficient in working with numbers and using different systems.
·  Building trustful relationships and communicating with people of different levels come naturally to you.
·  You enjoy working independently while remain supportive to your team, identify with our IKEA values and make this a living reality wherever you are working.
