ABOUT THE JOB
This role reports into the National Strategy, Planning and Insights Manager and is primarily responsible for the efficient and effective analysis of marketing metrics. This includes identifying performance to date and also untapped potential, providing insights backed by data that support the business' plan. This role will work closely with the Consumer & Customer Engagement, Web & Digital/Multi-Channel and Business Navigation & Finance stakeholders to analyse the marketing investment impact and support colleagues with other marketing analysis

YOUR ASSIGNMENT
This role would suit someone with an advanced understanding of marketing analytics who is confident identifying impact, trends and opportunities and who translate this to a broader audience in a meaningful way.
Other key responsibilities will include;

·  Ongoing monitor and improve performance based on brand & business targets.
·  Translate business questions into analytical requirements and perform analysis to gain insights and identify gainful opportunities
·  Make recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness by drilling into data in order to support visits, conversion rates, sales on IKEA.com
·  Analyse relevant data sources in order to optimise/improve/develop integrated marketing campaign architecture, and provide recommendations for greater optimisation
·  Working closely with key internal and external stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE
You have a strong background in analytics and are confident managing and interpreting data. You enjoy problem solving and finding new learnings and insight in data that is not obvious to others. You like numbers and can translate their impact to a commercial setting. You work well with others and are a confident communicator, someone willing to share their insights and help others succeed.
