We are preparing to open our 21 st store in summer 2018!!

We are looking for kitchen enthusiasts who will enjoy exploring each customers dream kitchen and use their knowledge of our fantastic range to help them make it a reality. The role is to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded at all stages, from initial ‘hello' to a completed dream kitchen.

You will need to be able to connect quickly with different people and have great communication skills. You will also have a keen eye for detail, be able to take personal initiative while working independently, making sure things happen and the necessary follow up is happening for our guests.

It is essential that:

·  You have an interest in Home furnishings and Kitchens
·  You have the ability to handle customer enquiries and problem solve
·  You can be creative and innovative
·  You are able to communicate, build relationships and inspire our guests
·  You are open to change
·  You are self-motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team
·  You have good attention to detail
·  You have a business understanding
·  You have the drive to develop and progress
It is desired (but not essential) that:

·  You have experience of selling and working in a fast-paced retail environment
·  You have a background with the customer in focus

Hourly Rate: £17,500 - £21,500
