Job description

Project Manager, IBM Corporation, Coral Gables, FL (Telecommuting permitted 75% of the time): Manage project on-time and on-budget. Ensure adherence to SOW scope. Secure PCRs for all changes. Participate in pre-sales for on premises and outsourced opportunities from a project methodology standpoint. Manage issues and risks. Provide weekly status updates internally and to the customer. Address engagement challenges. Provide developmental feedback to team members. Accurately track and manage revenue, hours, costs, and forecasts. Timely announcement and publishing of Go-Live's. Meet with clients to review the Statement of Work and provide a plan to execute the implementation, including schedule, dependencies, and resource requirements. Manage and adhere to the scope of the contract while maintaining the schedule and costs. Report to management team monthly on the status of the project including a review of finances, issues, and risks. Work with the sales team by providing input to upcoming pending contracts and feedback based on current projects for future deals. Concurrently manage several B2B projects which involve transitioning clients to a hosted environment for their B2B traffic and require new flows, maps, and mailbox services to be created for all their partner connections. Utilize: World Wide Project Management Methodology (WWPMM), B2B SaaS, Data Integration, and EDI (all processes and standards). Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management Information Systems (employer will accept three (3) years of post-secondary study plus one (1) year of IT experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree) and two (2) years of experience as a B2B Consultant or related. Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing World Wide Project Management Methodology (WWPMM), B2B SaaS, Data Integration, and EDI (all processes and standards). Full time. V359.
