Business Unit Introduction

IBM Global Technology Services (GTS) helps clients plan, implement and manage an efficient, resilient, flexible IT infrastructure. IBM GTS is the partner of choice for infrastructure services – be it transformational outsourcing tied to business outcomes or integrated managed services or discrete services.

Who you are:
·  Your role helps clients understand key security and privacy issues, risks, exposures and vulnerabilities using workshops and assessments and develop security and privacy programs to meet client's business needs.
·  They also architect secure solutions to address specific security and privacy requirements. What you'll do :
·  Deploy and maintain complex MySQL environments.
·  Work with customers and vendors to deploy MySQL.
·  Assist with change management and documentation of customer environments.
·  Work with dedicated team to ensure success of select customer group.
·  Ensure customer uptime through precise monitoring implementations, good change management and incorporation of best practices.
·  Establish a great relationship with the customer by displaying expertise and offering best practices.
·  Install, configure, and maintain MySQL in customer environments.
·  Develop automation tools surrounding monitoring, performance and capacity planning. How we'll help you grow:
