In this exciting role you will lead engineering projects to design hardware/software solutions and work with third-party vendors.
·  Focused on exploitation, vulnerability analysis, data concealment and secure software development.
·  Provides system-level analysis and directs the modifications of existing embedded products.
·  Familiar with radio, and direction-finding hardware/software systems.
·  Directs the modification of other communication devices to include those utilizing the Android platform.
·  Researches and provides inter-device compatibility and/or new features.
·  Identifies new initiatives and improves the solution by exploiting current hardware and software available to the project.
·  Leads and executes solution modifications independently or as a team. Performs the system integration of COTS and GOTS software to meet client requirements.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  3 years of experience in computer science/engineering role
·  3 years of experience applied R&D of secure systems
·  3 years of experience in hardware and software design
·  Possess advanced technical skills, to include knowledge of C/C++, Java, Python, Docker, XML, MongoDB, SQL across Linux, Android, MAC, and Windows operating systems
·  Ability to quickly learn and apply the latest emerging technologies and programming languages to assess impact on current systems
·  Ability to maintain and debug live software systems
·  Proficiency in programming/debugging computer programs to achieve desired output
·  In-depth technical knowledge of current hardware and software
·  Ability to determine whether problems are caused by hardware, software, operating systems, application programs, or network failures
·  Excellent knowledge of security and encryption principles
·  Ability to define functional specifications of the system for the appropriate hardware
