The Manufacturing Team Manager (Night Shift) provides leadership and support to a team of associates within a value stream to maximize safety, product quality, production and cost savings. This is a front-line leadership position, serving night shift associates on a rotating 12-hour shift.

· Lead a team of associates providing guidance, removing constraints, and inspiring performance. First point of contact for the team.

· Ensure the team follows all safety, quality, hygiene, GMP's and environmental standards.
· Maintain awareness and proactively manage all factors contributing to optimal KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
· Troubleshoot and identify root cause, course of action and manage corrective measures and/or solutions.
· Identify and implement continuous improvement and cost savings opportunities through 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies.
· Manage and participate in the MOC (management of change) process to include training and start-up operations of the manufacturing equipment.
· Coach and develop associates to build their skills, knowledge and capabilities

Qualifications :

Who we are looking for

·  College Degree or equivalent work experience required.
·  At least 3 years of direct people leadership experience.
·  Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in consumer products or food/beverage manufacturing, preferred.
·  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
·  Proficiency with various systems and tools (SAP, Microsoft Office, WMS, Workday, Timeforce).
