RESPONSIBILITIES and DELIVERABLES
•    Support Launch Event activities for the User Advocacy Team.
      >  This includes working on the social command center, analyzing data, and assisting in social monitoring and responding at the event.
•    Develop and review content created for the User Advocacy team by outside vendors. This includes managing the process, materials and execution of items.
•    Assist of managing the blogging programs.
      >  This includes the day to day management of relationships with the resellers, proofing the posts, and scheduling of content by deadlines.
•    Assist in maintaining the editorial calendars for all SolidWorks social channels.
•    Drive the process for all social promotions for the UA programs. This includes managing requests from outside the team.
•    Support the SolidWorks World event by creating and scheduling specialized content for social promotions. Pre and Post show.
•    Managing all shipments and distribution of User Advocacy care packages.
•    Assist with the requests coming from other teams in regards to the Social Platform and enforcing the corporate social policy.
•    Assist with posting across channels daily and monitoring of conversation.
•    Work on miscellaneous projects for the team on downtime.
