Overview:
This position is a team member in the North America IT Business Applications (SAP) team in Controlling. The Controlling regional team member is responsible for all technical aspects of the Controlling Module in SAP. The candidate must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with the business to gather requirements, explain new functionality and trouble shoot any errors that arise in day to day business. This position must have proficient knowledge of financial process and the factory operations as they relate to Controlling. Project management skills are desired and the ability to travel within the North America region is required.

Core Responsibilities:
• Leads and/or supports the SAP and applications support function for Controlling
• Interfaces daily with SAP Finance and/or Logistics
• Understands the integration touch points of all other SAP modules with Controlling

No Direct reporting or management of people
Must work within a team environment in the region and globally

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• minimum 3-5 years of experience working with SAP Controlling
• Basic understanding of Financial techniques
• Basic understanding of SAP programming (ABAP) and able to debug programs to identify errors
• Modules within Controlling to be proficient in are:
Product Costing
COPA profitability analysis
Overhead Controlling
Internal orders
Profit Center accounting
Cost Center Accounting

• Good communication skills are required, both written and verbal
