• Provide hands-on support to project teams with implementation of Agile process and principles
• Provide feedback and advice to project members on Agile principles and methodology
• Conduct trainings and educate teams with valuable skills that lead to adoption of Agile methodology
• Responsible for successful implementation of the Agile process, principles and practices across all levels and teams in the organization
• Support in defining process improvement and optimization by working closely with Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) and various engineering process groups
• Ensure continuous process improvement are introduced to the organization to support challenging business needs and changes
• Responsible in defining and managing different stakeholders in the Agile deployment including suppliers and sponsors
• Support teams on tools usage with Agile process

Desired profile

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Several years’ experience in system and software development
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
• Experienced in coaching teams in Agile adoption / as Scrum Master
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of and strong background with Agile concepts
• Experienced in deploying Agile methods such as Scrum / Kanban with Jira
• Experienced with A-SPICE
• Knowledge of or experienced with SAFE is preferred
• Must be able to travel for business / training within short notice
