As an Alignment Technician, you will work in a busy Commercial Tire Center and be responsible for all aspects of tire, related service, and repairs. The Alignment Technician will add value to customers by providing the Lowest Overall Driving Cost in the commercial trucking industry.

Essential Job Functions:
• Verifies vehicle performance by conducting test drives, adjusting controls and systems
• Perform work adjusting suspension of vehicles
• Properly secure vehicle to lift to ensure safe operation
• Maintains vehicle records by annotating service and repairs
• Communicate with BestDrive salesmen and end user fleet personnel for completion of desired service tasks
• Alignment Tech is required to diagnose any faulty parts or improper wear characteristics on tire
• Use problem­solving skills when issues arise during jobs
• Alignment Technician must perform all Tire Technician’s responsibilities
• Dismount and remount tires and wheels securely on vehicle
• Contains cost by using warranty, evaluating service and parts options
• Enhances maintenance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
• As other duties assigned by manager

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
• Superior customer service skills.
• Highly detailed oriented.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast paced customer focused environment.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of truck specifications.
• 3­ - 5 years of experience in the trucking / transportation industry, preferred
• Commercial valid driver’s license and clear driving record
• ASE Certification, preferred
• CDL License a plus, preferred
