The Role:

As a Program Coordinator, you will work on programs that our product, engineering and most importantly, our customers rely on. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal skills. They will have the ability to work with minimal direction, the capacity to move quickly and be flexible while delivering high-quality results. Finally, they will be process driven and obsessed with high quality.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the specific projects including logistics, scheduling, resource/equipment planning, staffing, and communicating directly with program customers.

Manage distribution and collection of project-specific assets for customer testing.

Own the logistics of distribution and collection of the assets, tracking the assets, and reporting on the program.

Address any customer service or technical questions from program customers and develop solutions that reduce the number of inquiries.

Lead small to medium projects related to improving existing processes or launching new projects.

Partner closely with other Program Managers and team members on protocol/process development for existing and future collections.

Continuously evaluate data collection tools and processes and offer solutions to ensure they are efficient, high quality, and scalable.

Setting up the lab equipment, configuring devices, working with facilities to facilitate lab needs, and maintaining our device inventory/tracking.

You will be taking instruction from engineers to setup devices, provide feedback on setup process, and meticulously track hardware inventory. Y

You will need to have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, as well as possess the ability to execute complex, detailed procedures with minimal input from engineering and minimal supervision.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years administrative experience and/or program management experience.
· Computer proficiency, experience with Windows-based office applications required.
· 1+ years of experience in a Consumer Electronics lab environment
· 1+years of managing and tracking inventory.
· Experience managing multiple demanding deadlines, as well be able to work across multiple teams
· Experience planning and maintaining lab facilities for optimal efficiency and creating new processes when necessary
· Experience with lab safety, security and quality practices
