·  Resident in TDPS and working on Madhe Industrialization from Sept 17
·  Sept 17 : 40% Madhe / 60% TDPS
·  Jan 18 : 60% Madhe / 40% TDPS
·  Profile
·  Project Manager capabilities with knowledge of Electro mechanic / motors
·  Able to drive the industrialization of Madhepura
·  control of CAPEX PO placed
·  answer to technical question level 1 on CAPEX
·  work on Layout with Advance Indus
·  Able to answer to technical question Level 1 of TDPS
·  Be the referent of Alstom towards TDPS about their progress
·  Localization (tbc)
·  Very beg : between TDPS and BGL (till Madhepura can house him)
·  As soon as Madhe “open” : between Madhepura and TDPS
